Items Are Recommended for a Novice Moon Mage? B. Tools for Mechanical Lore Moon Mages are required to learn skill in Mechanical Lore. Crushing herbs and other substances in a mortar with a pestle is very good for this practice. Mortars and estles are available in the Crossing Alchemist's Shop, but they are heavy and rather expensive for a beginner. Novices can usually find some free powder which they can break, combine, break, combine, etc. They can also forage for twigs or vines and combine them, and they can forage branches and carve them into canes with an inexpensive carving knife. Wayerd pyramids and unlonchai buckets also teach mechanical lore skills. |
