I. Getting Started F. How to make your guild leader happy - Circling 1. To find out if you are ready to get promoted up a circle (level), you need to ASK Kalika (or any other Ranger Guild leader) about TRAINing. If you have met the requirements the leader has set for you to reach the next circle, you will be promoted. Otherwise they will tell you what skills you still need to work on. 2. To see what specific skills you need to be working on, go visit Kalika (or any other Ranger Guild leader) and ASK her/him about SKILLS or TRAINing. They will tell you what they think you need to work on before you can advance to the next circle. 3. To work on each skill you simply need to do it. In other words, if you need to forage... forage! Your skinning skill will get better the more you skin. Like most things, when you first try your survival skills, you won't be very good at them, but practice makes perfect, and in time you'll see yourself getting better and better. 4. When you train and when you circle, you will gain TDPs. Circling also means that you have the possibility of learning a new spell. Rangers learn a spell at 5th circle and then at approximately every 4th circle after that. |
