Pielle

Hello, my name is Pielle Ru'benta. I'm that stunnin' bardess you've seen shopping at the Monger's Bazaar. ::hums to herself::

My father, Derivan Hariar, adopted me way back when I was too young to remember, but I can only assume that my mother must have been one of the wisest and strongest travelers in the realms! She left a beautifully penned note in the basket Dad found me in that read, "I will not submit my child to dangers beyond my ability to control." Doesn't she sound smart?

From what I was told, I wasn't the easiest kid to raise. But I thought everyone threw food, played in the mud, snuck into Jadewater Mansion and climbed the trellis.. Just seemed like an average kid's day out!

As I grew older, I decided to follow in my father's footsteps. I became an upstanding member of the Bard's Guild! I started writing songs, and playing instruments (my Rebec and my Mitbiq happen ta be my favorites).. I even joined the Tavern Troupe Performing Order! And then one day I heard from a friend that the Order of the Silver Tears was having a tournament in Leth Deriel to teach and learn Elf-type Lore. I decided that it was right up my alley! For all I knew, my mom or dad could have been and Elf. So I grabbed up all the textbooks I could find and sought out the perfect story. I guess I found the right one because the Order of the Silver Tears named me Master of the Tournament of the Arts in their first ever annual contest. It's where I won my horse! I named her Morgie after Morganae, the Mountain Queen, who helped me win the contest by bein so controversial!

I met the love of my life when I was just a wee Bardess. I used to spend all my time in the Empath's guild playin Hodierna's Lilt for the folk with low vitality. And one day... everyone was sleepin. And this real cute Dwarf Empath walks up to me and we just start talkin! He tells me his name is Sonnie Dase... and how can ya not like someone named Sonnie Dase? And I'll tell ya one thing... there hasn't been any rain in my life since he's been around.. although I've got more leech n worm stories than ya could shake a stick at!

Today I can proudly say that I traveled enough to know where I belong. I belong anywhere were there is friendship to be made. Anywhere there is truth to be turned into song. Anywhere there is love to be immortalized in prose. I belong... wherever I am.
