Rathi Dirtcowl

As a young Gor'Tog, Rathi Dirtcowl's parents were the normal, loving parents. They enjoyed the normal family things, games of TogBall in the park, picnics, and just leisurely walks along the most scenic roads of the Northern Trade Route. One day, Rathi and his parents were heading up to Riverhaven from the Crossing to attend a wedding of an old friend of his parents, when a band of thieves attacked them from the bushes and stole all of their money, goods, and clothes. While the thieves were stealing the goods from Rathi's parents, he was able to hide in the forest so they couldn't find him. The thieves asked his parents where he went, but they wouldn't answer, so, after a few times asking them over and over, they finally decided to end it and they killed both of them.

From that day on, Rathi was alone in the world, with no family to turn to besides the family that took him in, and the Warrior Mage guild. All of the members of the guild were very nice to Rathi. They accepted him like he was their own child and treated him in a parent-like sense. This went of for a while until Rathi was able to set out on his own and explore the world. This is where he met Vankross Redgnok, a Cleric and a follower of Tamsine. Vankross and Rathi became great friends, and from that, they found out that they had lead the same sort of lives: parents murdered, abandoned except for the guild members and the friends they met on travels. That made Rathi and Vankross decide to help all of the kids either whose parents have been killed or who had no one to turn to.

To this day, even though Vankross has walked the Starry Road, Rathi keeps up the tradition and helps tutor children of every race and guild to become the best they can become. So naturally, Rathi decided that the next step to helping people throughout Elanthia was to become a member of the Mentor Society.

Many more people have followed in Rathi's footsteps, including Blacktune Windrizer and Boneheal Blood-Claws, helping the people that Rathi can't while he is away somewhere or exploring a new land to tell other people about it.
