Sizear

Born 337 years after the Victory of Lanival, Sizear spent much of his youth learning the ways of his people and exploring the lands around him. At the age of 13 his empathic skills started to manifest and the village elders sent him to learn and perfect these skills.

In the year 351 Sizear arrived in Crossing and began training to become a empath. It was many years before the guild master deemed him ready to begin healing and granted him the title novice. During those years he learned the uses of herbs and salves, he learned which root healed which part of the anatomy. Once he was allowed the title of novice he searched the town and learned more and more of crossing and its ways.

One day after spending a two years in healing, a invasion of Darvengers and Cyclops, even pirates, began assaulting Elanthia. Sizear and his guildmates were hard pressed to heal the wounded and try to save them before they died.

Unfortunately during this time Sizear was killed three times, luckily his friends in the clerics guild raised him. But once he had to trust to Hodierna's grace and depart. Awakening on the altar and realizing what happend was not as disconcerting to him as trying to get back to where he departed. Sadly when he was able to return to his point of departure, someone had went through his grave and taken several of his items. Sizear felt the loss and was sad, but the Great Mages saw the deed and returned his items to him. From that point on Sizear decided to become the best empath he could become. He would make his clan proud.

Since that time Sizear has seen much change in the realms. He has watched friends leave the realms, has watched friends become stronger. And Sizear has faced many trials. During the time of Migration, when the Praydaen and the Rakaash entered crossing just ahead of their undead kins. Sizear saw many people hunt these new races, He found several young Prydaens and Rakaash and hid them in his apartment til the hunting frenzy was over.

Most of them had lost their family so he adopted them and taught them of Elanthia. After talking with many of his friends and deciding it was the right path. He applied to the Mentor Society for membership. And on this day the first month of Akroeg the Ram in the year of the iron toad, 361 years and 29 days after Lanival's victory. Sizear was accepted into the ranks of the Mentor society.
