Adding Power to Our Prose

Join us in January as we explore the roots of our language in Old English and Old Norse. We'll take a brief walkthrough of how English has developed, with clues to our roots through the spelling of words. Why do we spell knife and night the way we do? Where do the words lord and lady come from? Why do we love alliteration? See you there!
