Location:Hara'Jaal Island, Qi'Reshalia

Government: The Enclave is ruled by Baron Var'Quel, a pirate lord.

Physical Layout: The town is situated with a cliff on one side, and water on another, making it easily defensable. High walls surround three sides on the town, coming together at the Palisade Gate in the northeastern section of the town. In the northwest is the Manor of Baron Var'Quel, and in the southeast is the Smuggler's Wharf.

Culture: Baron Var'Quel is a harsh man, and rules the Enclave cruelly. He disdains priests, for worship of the gods would weaken his control. The people in the Enclave refuse to speak of Var'Quel, those that are not too drunk to speak at all, that is. The people of the Enclave still use the language Gamgweth, as evidenced by the street names of the Enclave, and the names of things on Hara'Jaal Island.
