Haragil represented High Councillor Pendegast of Zoluren, Ferdahl Kukalakai of Ilithi, the Baron Theren of Therengia, and Queen Morganae at a meeting with Ralel, leader of the L'Karm. The Honorable Sir Haragil displayed a scroll bearing the seal of Queen Morganae declaring Ralel an outcast that is to be arrested. Haragil later acted as judge over Ralel's trial, when Ralel was arrested. Haragil found Ralel guilty of treason, and turned him over to Lindryl. Later, Haragil was murdered by Lady Kerilidail.
