Lailoni is an artisan that came from a foreign land. Her specialty was in working with jade and ivory. However, when she arrived in Zoluren, she was pursued by a bounty hunter claiming she had aided in causing the spread of Ichor Plague in Shard. Lailoni denied the accusations, but her pet rat was killed, and she fled to Shard. Lailoni had a gold fish, that some thought was the item being sought by Gwindahl. The Artisan claims that she was given the fish to hold by a Halfling man who helped her in her homeland. In her homeland, Lailoni was helped once by Gwindahl, when he was still sane. As a reward, she gave him rats, which were kept as pets by people in that area. When Gwindahl was captured by the L'Karm, he began experimenting on those rats, creating the ichor plague, which the rats carried.
Lailoni is not to be confused with Lilli,
the wife of Mortreyu,
the dead artificer.
Lailoni's current whereabouts are not known.
