Stavro is the Y'Shai guardian of Councillor Erzebet. Y'Shai is a special group of magical warriors, trained for their entire lives. Their armor and weapons are forged with magic, and enchanted with the greatest power... the soul of the Y'Shai. Y'Shai give up their souls in order to create semi-sentient armor. This is what makes the Y'Shai ideal guards for the High Council.

When Councillor Erzebet began her investigation in the Crossing on Penelope, she soon heard of Andraethu and took an instant interest. Y'Shai Stavro was sent to trail Andraethu, and was present during almost all of Andraethu's soul-stealing attacks. The Y'Shai was present also at the death of the artisan, Mortreyu.

The current status of the investigation of Y'Shai Stavro and Councillor Erzebet is unknown. P.I.
