Poor Form from Little Pickpocket

I was heading to Shard today. I got my fare and went to the docks and hid so I could keep my ferry fare when I was pointed out by Hiklin. He quickly stole my fare. I snap casted Ice patch at him as a warning when he started to aim at me. He already had his weapon drawn as if he was trying to be attacked. I went back and got more fare and came back. I prepped tingle at 30 mana hoping I could muster the mana together then I hid once more. Again he pointed me out and this time he aimed at me. He fired at me but was a weak shot that bounced off my armor. I casted my spell but could not muster the mana.

He imediately ran and dissapeared (Logged out of the realms). This was just poor form. Poor form indeed!
