Apprentice Tradition Dying

by Kwannan Rylin'Edol

(Crossing, Zoluren: 331 Dolefaren 361)

The tradition is dying, it is soon going to be forgotten in the tomes of history. When I was in Ratha, I was the ward of one Kyliaer who taught me most of what I know today, but when I fled to The Crossing away from the spectral sailors, I had no one to learn from.

When I joined the Warrior Mage guild (in the footsteps of my former master, Kyliaer) I had expected to quickly find a new master to teach me and pass on their wisdom. Alas, no one.

I'm not much of a fighter, I read books all the time and gain insight from them and when I read the book "Warrior Maging It" it told me to get armor and other combat accesories (hmm, the name 'warrior' mage struck me as a combat guild).

Now I am stumbling along trying to learn as quickly as I can and I can only hope I stumble on Wyndguard or Garfaldo, as they seem to keep this tradition. But otherwise I am lost in my own study of studies.

I hope this tradition will once again rise up.

~Kwannan Rylin'Edol, Elothean Warrior Mage.
