Submitted: 27 March 2000 Return From An Unforgotten Past by Meserios Moonvision (Crossing, Zoluren: Nissa 360)Baresh is suddenly startled when the Tavern erupts into a plethora of blazing sparkles when a luminous portal coalesces. A dark hooded figure emerges from the whirling vortex with a melancholy sigh. The colorful display of light then vanishes just as quickly as it had appeared. The gloomy disposition of the figure is quickly replaced with astonishment. He drops the hood of his cloak revealing the identity of a mature Elven male. He looks around with disbelief and exclaims, "It's working again!" The elf arches his back and lets loose a well deserved cackle. Baresh sets an uncertain gaze upon the visitor and asks, "Meserios?" "Sure is Baresh." Meserios takes a seat and grins wryly at Baresh. "Today... is a most excellent day Baresh. You see, when my last moongate attempt went awry, I found my soul trapped in another dimension. Now, I have finally returned. However, if you wish to hear why I'm especially giddy, it would have to do with the fact that I have been gone since Moliko 355, and I return to find that the Mirror Wraith Prophecy has yet to be deciphered fully... and fulfilled. Such impressive research and knowledge has already been obtained and discussed that I can hardly wait to offer my speculations on the matter." Baresh shakes his head with a friendly smirk and says, "Welcome home friend, welcome home."
