Rejj's Tome of the Gods
|
Welcome to the domain of Chadatru! Chadatru is the most faceless god next to Urrem'tier and is the god of justice. He is blind, but fights as if sight were his, with a sword in his right hand and an olive laurel in his left. In a battle, Chadatru is the great arbitrator and supports kings, rulers, and judges. Chadatru never tells a lie and is the most fair of all the gods. Chadatru's symbol is a lion.

Rutilor is Chadatru's Light aspect. Rutilor is the defender of the gods and is a judge who tries those charged with even-handedness and kindness, but is tenacious in what he defends. He is a collector of swords, enchanting a few of them himself, and has many exotic and rare swords to his name. Rutilor is a god of truth and therefore cannot lie. It's told that he has a small kennel of dogs that once unleashed will find those who have escaped his judgement, and once they are loosed, they cannot be recalled. Fortunately, they always find their prey. The dogs are without fear, much like Rutilor himself, and even though he's of short stature (the form he chose) he will take on those twice his size. Rutilor's symbol is a mongoose.

Botolf is Chadatru's Dark aspect. Botolf, being the god of dishonesty and deceit, is the symbol of bribery and corruptness. Because of him, murderers, thieves, and assassins have gone free with damages paid by those who charged them. Botolf loves to spend time in Dirge (his favorite city) from time to time, and supports the Thieves Guild and Knife Clan. Botolf is also the god of fallen Paladins and will often appear in a suit of armor in dire need of polish. Botolf's symbol is a goshawk. |
