Rejj's Tome of the Gods

Welcome to the domain of Tamsine! Tamsine is the goddess of hearths, home, civilization, habitations, and settlements. Tamsine supports homes, and the town of Fostra's Haven. Before the construction of any public building, home, or temple is begun, Tamsine's favor must be sought, lest the construction fail. Tamsine is also the goddess of blessings. For a Cleric to have blessings, they must first learn from the shrine of Tamsine. Tamsine is also like that of a housekeeper for she is a great weaver, brewer, and cooker. She knows well what can be done around the house, and performs well in such things. Tamsine's symbol is a tabby cat.

Albreda is Tamsine's Light aspect. She brings peace, and cements alliances and weddings wherever she goes. She also supports orphans and fosterlings. Albreda despises warfare, bloodshed, and all manners of killing. A few warriors (typically Paladins) worship Albreda however, and she is not displeased with this in the least. She is said to have made the Empire of the Seven-Pointed Star as peaceful as it was, and blessed it with peace. However, when the Elven-Human War swept the lands, it is said, that she wept so deeply that it created a new ocean in far off lands. Albreda is motherly, and is the companion of Alamhif. She protects widowed husbands, and those wives who have trouble during childbirth. Healers and Empaths often find Albreda fairly easy to worship. Albreda's symbol is a dove.

Harawep is Tamsine's Dark aspect. She is the disruptor of peace, treaties among races, peace among nations, destroyer of family, turner of parents against children, and clan against clan. Harawep is a vicious warrior who fights with twin swords. She can move quicker than lightning, which may be why she's the goddess of lightning, and lightning that starts unstoppable forest fires. Harawep is a hideously ugly schemer whose plans are more intricate than a spider's (her favorite animal is the spider coincidently) and she supports some assassins and murderers, and is called widowmaker by some. Harawep's symbol is a black widow spider.
