Mar 19: A new main page greets visitors today. Headlines and summaries of every new story or article will appear in their own section in the middle column from now on. AND, they'll appear as soon as the story is published -- no more waiting for me to gather a bunch of new headlines and then find the time to write up everything.
Some things were moved around to make room for this, and a list of the stories from the last week appear on the right side now, when they "fall off" the list of featured headlines in the middle column.
If you have any comments about the new format, please let me know. dream@dm.net -- I'm hoping that the new procedures of adding the headlines as soon as they are published will make up for losing the little box that gave the dates of the updates in each of the news, commentary, or heroe's tales categories.
Feb 12: Searches from previous article documents now will also use the new faster search.
To compare, the old way took over 3 and a half minutes, the new one searches in 6 seconds.
Feb 6: At long last, I have hired a new researcher to help you with searching for
things. Instead of counting off the time after your request in what seems like hours,
the new researcher has optimized the archives and can deliver even better results
to you in a matter of seconds. The new search
gives you an option to search only the things at the Wren's Nest, or to search through
a selection of some of the best sites out there.
If you experience any trouble or anomalies with
this new search, please let me know. If the instructions for utilizing its advanced features are
