| 2-3 chopped sweet onions (Vidalia) |
2-3 shots Tabasco sauce (depending on taste) |
| 2 c. grated swiss cheese |
1/4 c. parmesan cheese |
| 2 c. mayo |
|
Mix together and place in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite dipper--crackers, vegetables, etc.
You can make this a day ahead.
