Baby's got back! Look at those flying buttresses. As far as I'm concerned this is the impressive view of Notre Dame. I took this shot from the boat tour [Bateaux Parisiens] that came with my coach tour of Paris. It was all part of the tour arranged by Disneyland Paris. In Los Angeles I sneer at such tours but I only had one day in town.
As you can see the day was beautiful. It was still very cold. I think the day's highs for my entire trip was in the mid-fifties. It spoiled my dreams of going to Disneyland Paris during the day and then catching the RER to Paris at night for romance and Jazz. It was too damn cold and I was too jet-lagged.
This was our guide from Bateaux Parisiens. I guess there is romance leftin Paris. I fell in love with her at first sight. Of course, she never noticed me. She spoke English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. Oh, yeah, definitely love.
