Hearts through History is a special interest chapter, focusing on historical romance, of the Romance Writers of America. The chapter is completely online, conducting business and meetings by email and chats.

The Special Interest Groups, covering different times and places, have been formed, and the first few issues of the newsletter, The Bard's Scroll, have gone out.
