Sultan's Imperial Stout

I just put the recipe through Brewer's Workshop and this is what I

come up with.  I hope to brew this in the next week or two:

Ingredients: 



English Pale    1.5 pounds	1.019 S.G.	2.3 SRM

Crystal 60	4.0 ounces	1.003 S.G.	7.5 SRM

Black Patent	4.0 ounces	1.000 S.G.	62.5 SRM

DME light	3.3 pounds	1.073 S.G.	3.3 SRM

Brown Sugar	1.0 pounds	1.023 S.G.	7.5 SRM

Fuggles (4.2%)	1.5 ounces	70 min		67.3 IBUs



OG: 1.120



Water Treatment: 



Treated 6.5 Gallons



Salts used:

Table Salt: 1.0 grams (non iodized)

Epsom Salt: 1.0 grams

Chalk:      5.0 grams

Gypsum:     2.5 grams



Mash water amount: 3.5 quarts

Strike temperature: 140 °Fahrenheit



Sparge water amount: 8.0 quarts

Sparge water temperature: 165 °Fahrenheit

Extraction efficiency: 70 %



Sparge liquor collected: 3.0 gallons

Topping water amount: 0.0 quarts

Boil size: 3.0 Gallons
