  2 x 3.3 lbs Yellow Dog Extract



     or for all grainers



  7.5 lbs Klages/American 2-row

  1.0 lbs Malted Wheat

  3.0 oz  Chocolate Malt



 As additions, the following:



  1.5 lbs Crystal 80L

  7.0 oz  Chocolate Malt

  1 oz Northern Brewer pellets

  0.5 oz Fuggles pellets

  1 oz Kent Goldings (aroma)

  .75 C Molasses

  1t Irish moss

  Whitbread Dry yeast with a starter.



 This should give us an OG of 1.055 and a color of 38^L.



 Add irish moss at start of boil and boil for 15 minutes.  Add

Northern Brewer Pellets and boil for 60 minutes.  Add Fuggles for the

final 10 minutes of the boil.  Add molasses 5 minutes from end of

boil.  Add Kent Goldings for last 2 minutes.  Chill, pitch starter and

wait...
