Radiator Steam Dopplebock



For the Dopplebock, the recipe went through several permutations,

this being the last:

    1 oz. Tettnanger hops  60 min  (3.8 alpha) (15.7 IBU)

    1 oz. Hallertauer hops  60 min  (2.2 alpha) (4.6 IBU)

    .5 oz. Tettnanger hops  45 min  (5.8 IBU)

                                   Total IBU = 26.1



    Yeast = Wyeast Bavarian #2206



This is brewed in a normal fashion but instead of lagering you should 

ferment at Ale temperatures.  After primary fermentation is over place 

in secondary at 45^F for 2 weeks to 1 month.  Bottle and enjoy.  This 

one ages quite nicely.
