Ahoy Matie's! I am known as Capt. Bob or Togger. I am retired U.S.Navy, and I love both fishing and boating. I do all my fishing in saltwater off the shores of New Jersey, and a lot of the East coast shorelines. I have also being going to the shorelines of Lima, Peru for some excellent saltwater fishing.
